Dimensions and allowable deviation of steel grating

1. The allowable deviation of the length of the steel grating is 0~5mm, and the allowable deviation of the width is 5mm.

2. The non-perpendicularity of the loaded flat steel should not be greater than 10% of the width of the flat steel.

3. The cross-sectional area of the crossbar: the crossbar is a twisted square steel, and its cross-sectional area shall not be less than 25mm; the crossbar is a round steel or flat steel, and its cross-sectional area shall not be less than 16mm.

4. Position deviation of the crossbar: the upper surface of the crossbar should not exceed the upper surface of the loaded flat steel by 1mm; both ends of the crossbar should not exceed the outer end face of the flat steel at both ends of the steel grating by 3mm.

5. Crossbar deflection and spacing deviation: The deflection of the crossbar edge to the center of the steel grating plate should not be greater than 5mm; within any length of 1500mm, the allowable deviation of the distance between the crossbars at both ends is 6mm.

6. Longitudinal bending: The longitudinal bending deflection of the steel grating is not greater than 1/200 of its length.

7. Lateral bending: The lateral bending deflection of the steel grating shall not be greater than 1/100 of its width.

8. Diagonal deviation: the diagonal deviation is not more than 5mm.
