(9) the work of the steel sheet laying, in principle, not allowed to cross two or more layers at the same time. If cross operation is required, there must be an effective isolation facility between the two operating layers.
(10) there should be protective measures to carry, lift, pry, and move steel plates to prevent the falling of steel sheet and workers.
(11) during the operation, the dangerous area under the operation should be enclosed or set up a warning sign, and the guardian should be set up.
(12) bad weather, such as frost, snow, wind and rain, is not allowed to carry out high altitude steel grid work. If necessary, effective anti-skid, communication measures and good vision should be taken.
(13) during operation, site cleaning is needed. Tools and cutting metal materials can not be stacked near the grille openings in the process of being installed or dismantled. The leftover materials must be recovered in time to prevent falling objects from hitting and scalding.
(14) after the completion of the operation, the construction unit will return the license of "completed work" to the person in charge of the project HSE. The grid board is fully installed and installed, or the local installation is required to enter the next process. After acceptance of the project department, it can be used for delivery.
(15) the abandoned holes, holes and mouth must be permanently closed according to the provisions of the grille, and can be used after acceptance.
(16) the setting of platform beams should consider the shelving length of both ends of the steel grille on the beam, the shelving length is not less than 25mm, the installation gap of the two steel grille is 0 to 15mm, the longest length of each panel is 4m, and the spacing of two shelving beams should not be greater than 4m.
(17) the steel grille should be disassembled on the ground before installation, and should be classified according to the number of board drawings and the order of installation.
