Precautions Before Installation Of Steel Grating

1. Before installation, check and accept according to the drawings/design requirements. Those that fail to pass the inspection shall not be used for this project. The installation sequence must be determined and installed in accordance with the number of the drawing.
2. For each piece of installation, fasteners must be installed (not less than 2 installation clips for each steel grille) or welded firmly. Install one piece and fix one piece. If there is no fixed one, it is strictly forbidden to stand or remove temporary protection measures.
3. For operations with a height of more than 2 meters, safety belts must be worn and protective measures must be taken.
4. During operation, workers should put small tools in the tool bag to prevent (hand hammer, wrench, crowbar, welding rod, etc.) from falling and hurting people.
5. The installation gap of the steel grating at both ends is 0-15cm, and the spacing between the beams at both ends shall not be greater than 4c
