1.Material

2.Making

Steel grating is divided into welding type and plug type.Welding type is made of flat steel and horizontal rod pressure welding, the product is more solid and not easy to deformation.The plug type is made of flat steel and horizontal rod plug, which is easy to remove but relatively low firmness.

3.Cutting

Steel grating also needs to be cut according to a specific size, so as to get the right size of steel plate block.

4.End plate welding

The cut steel grating also needs to be wrapped treatment, with flat steel edges wrapped, so as to make its structure more solid and get more delicate appearance.

5.Surface process

The surface treatment of steel grating is mainly galvanized and spray paint.Among them, galvanizing is the most common treatment, which can give steel grating strong corrosion, longer life and more delicate appearance. As for painting, painting steel grating is cheaper, but the corrosion resistance is poor, and it’s life is shorter than galvanized grating.

6.Final shipment

After the production process is completed, the finished product can be transported to the port of destination.
